Why should it be accepted: This suggestion should be accepted mainly because of the fact that at times when you want to place a hit contract on someone you need to have atleast $1000 in your wallet otherwise you can't place it. At times it becomes much of a hassle because you are being chased and you can't really go and withdraw money from an atm. Also, I see no harm in adding this. It would only increase the usage of the hitman class and would help in better circulation of money.

I agree and also wanted to suggest this, hopefully it can be implemented. But it is up to seniors then.

-1. In terms of realism, you wouldn't wire transfer money to a hitman, you'd do a cash payment. Not only that, but the way it is now also gives players a chance to escape the 5 minute window.
