Your suggestion: Warrant officers + should discuss within themselves whom to give 1SG rank each month, which will be held by one person only and will have a temporary rank for 1 month till the next 1SG is chosen.

1SG Criteria:

• Good attitude
• Helpful
• Skilled
• Highly active in skin
• Matured
• Friendly
• Well representing the team.

Reason: It would be nice to have it back as we used to have it before.

Rejected.

After a discussion within the Warrant officer team, we don't feel it's necessary to bring this rank back. We will think of it in future.
