Reason: Greetings fellow Blackouts member. Here I am, applying again for this group. I may have had a bad reputation in the past for constantly switching between Terrorists and Blackouts but that was 2-3 years ago. I wish to show the leader I am reformed and will be loyal to Blackouts. Moreover, Blackouts has a great base, near LSA which makes getting wanted really easy; it has a strategic position. The members are just great and is under a good leadership, making for a very disciplined group. I have a few comrades in Blackouts and I would like to play with them as a fellow member. The leaders may not trust me but I will make sure to earn their trust and more importantly the trust of the members. Regarding my activity, I have been highly active as a criminal lately; both as a criminal and a cop. I think I have the skills required to join this group. Thank you for reading, I sincerely hope I will be given another chance to prove my loyalty!

Thank you for submitting an application to Blackouts. Your application is deemed correct, but before staff team can either accept or deny you, you need to pass the in-game test. Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about Blackouts rules, driving and shooting. Also keep in mind, If you score less than 4/5 in rules part your application will be automatically denied. The rules part consists out a total of 11 questions and you may only have two questions incorrect, otherwise you will fail and be denied. A maximum of 5 days is given to take the test, if you do not take the test in 5 days, you will be denied.
