Suggestion headline: Add multiple carshop spawn points

Importance of suggestion: 6/10
Why should it be accepted: Because a lot times someone leaves their car at spawn point and your car gets stuck when you tow it. Retow may help most times but it's not solution. It's really annoying, especially when you're trying to catch/escape from someone.

Yeah, this would really help. Also, are we ever going to be able to select cars for our houses again?

afaik only asa+ can do it and vehicle needs to have donated status
