Suggestion headline: civillians get refunded when their robber gets arrested in 30 seconds from robbing them. Also LEO's get a $1000 bonus if they arrest a criminal that robbed within 30 seconds. If the criminal gets arrested from the red checkpoint, then no one gets the $1000 bonus, but the civillian gets refunded

Why should it be accepted: this would stop the newbies from robbing and running to the checkpoint, but it would also make the gameplay more challenging and raise the cops & robbers theme.

It will be better if robbers get arrested the money backs to civillians, and leo get same bonus 100$, +1

This would be challenging only for newbies because no one else is in need of money.

This is challenge for you. You want to remove current challenge for LEOs and the only suggestion argument you have is basically add new challenge for robbers.

I believe adding this would make earning money harder (for criminals) and LEOs would get ridicilous amount of money for some arrests. 1000$ bonus? That's 10000$ in old economy and that's a lot. Just so you know, robbing single shop doesn't give you 1k and you want to give even bigger amount as a BONUS. This would fuck up economy which is already fucked up. On top of that, crime activity might decrease and LEOs increase. Activity difference between those two is already horrible and we should be thinking how to improve it and not make it worse.

Suggestion itself is not bad and I would support it if it was suggested years ago. But with the current state of server, activity problems, economy problems and lack of new players I believe it would do more harm than good.
