Describe the bug:
Frequency: Always for now
Severity: Major
Steps to reproduce: Spawn as police and you can try to shoot another police officers/Civilian

Note : I tested it just now on civil/police in the bluezone. No idea if they still can damage others outside of the bluezone.

Should be fixed now.
