Suggestion headline: Going harsh on punishments

Importance of suggestion: 7/10
Why should it be accepted: Basically, official warnings gets you nothing ingame. You just keep getting warned and after getting warned too many times, you receive a ban which too of like 2 days or such which is literally NOT worth it and thats why these rulebreaks never stops. My suggestion is to go hard with punishments, if a player has been official warned once for a rulebreak then the next report should be a temporary ban instead of just another official warning which is nothing.
Just like LSRCR Administration goes hard on Aimbot ban appeals, same should be applied over reports so that players may take interest in reporting other players. Otherwise, it's waste of efforts reporting someone for just a official warning.
1st rulebreak: Official warning
2nd rulebreak (within a month): temporary ban for 3 days and so on.
If it kills player base, let it be, it'd be temporary. Atleast this way people will start following rules.
