1- Download modloader (type in Gta sa modloader)
2- Drag all them files into your GTA SA folder
3- Download the skin pack: https://www.mediafire.com/file/60mlz477 ... m.rar/file
4- Drag the 'Skins' folder into the modloader folder which is located in your GTA SA.
