adding an ATM in the blackmarket will be really helpful it can help many criminals in taking money from ATM at blackmarket i hope it will be accepted.

I actually am going Positive with this suggestion, I was going to suggest this, Most of the criminals can get into Black Market without money, They would have to leave to carry money from ATM and then back, But it can be good if they added ATM at Black Market. That ATM wouldn't hurt anyone, So why not.

I guess this has been denied multiple times since there is one near jefferson just you have to waste your 30 seconds thats all.

This has been suggested twice and denied both times, it's unrealistic. Besides, there's ATM at Jefferson.
