Reason: hello all after yesterday i failed because i did not meet the full requirements so on this occasion i want to re-register i am very active in crime i can play 7-10 hours in one day if there is no other activity i see here many active players hopefully with my entry here can add to my insight and add friends, thank you for reading my application.

Thank you for submitting an application to Blackouts. Your application is deemed correct, but before staff team can either accept or deny you, you need to pass the in-game test. Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about Blackouts rules, driving and shooting. Also keep in mind, If you score less than 4/5 in rules part your application will be automatically denied. The rules part consists out a total of 11 questions and you may only have two questions incorrect, otherwise you will fail and be denied. A maximum of 5 days is given to take the test, if you do not take the test in 5 days, you will be denied.
