Suggestion headline: Add a cooldown on /buyticket

Screen: Why should it be accepted: Considering that players are now eligible to buy up to 100 tickets, it'd better to add a cooldown (maybe 60 seconds) between each /buyticket to encourage players into directly buying the amount of tickets they want and not spam the command for no reason. Would help in decreasing chat disturbance

I agree with that suggestion, most of the players keep spamming the command so if there is a cooldown for this it would be better and avoid getting spammed by other players.
