As Ackman said, you did access a private property (Blackouts Base) without permission therefore the Hit that was placed is on you is Valid.

I do not know what were you doing there in a cop skin while it looks like that noone was wanted at that time from the screenshot that you posted so it does look bad from your side.

It doesn't matter whether you ask for rights to cophunt or not, it's still a rulebreak and you should not ask for rights no matter what as it's stated here in the server rules: Therefore a warning will be issued to SoperSoper for Asking for rights.
