I have been facing this issue 3 days ago the display turns into blue screen and the error code that was showing is CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. Does any of you know how to fix this? or buying a new SSD and re-installing windows to the new SSD would help/prevent this issue?

Sounds like a a drive format + clean install of windows should fix the issue.
