Your suggestion: Add 5-10 tear gas grenades on spawn [CPL+]
Reason: Two of the SWAT abbreviations are 'Special Weapons', we have no special weapon In-game so I thought it would be cool to have something different. Rules & regulations can be made at a much later stage if this suggestion will be ever accepted.

Army has grenades so I think it's good suggestion but special rules will need to be made for sure.

We could also add a mask in BM that allows criminals to cover the gas away from their faces

Good idea, with some restrictions and also prevent getting affected by it for innocents and LEOs, agree as well on the BM gas mask as it makes sense.
