Why should it be accepted:

Hello all old friends, and some enemies let us unite in this cause to have donation groups removed from LS-RCR. Why? Los Santos looks nothing like the game I grew up playing, it looks so stupid and silly with all these custom bases at every corner. It laden my soul with sorrow to see this happen. Interesting areas are blocked off and restricted.

How to solve it?

Before yes, today no. All bases were reworked long time ago except two: yours (and some admins) and ex-developer's base. Now those need to be reworked as well.

As for suggestion itself, it's a big -1. According to terms and conditions you could remove some bases but definitely not all. Groups kept lsrcr alive and they always will.

He is saying that interesting areas are not blocked off,
here you go fences are all around the map blocking off areas still, so dont say no then yes just say yes it is a problem.

If you think donating for items to be placed permanently around the map is a healthy way to keep lsrcr alive you are materialistic and stupid. The donation shop should sustain lsrcr and if half the effort of the bases were put in to making it interesting it would without a doubt.
