[Rules Updated] Gambling / Trade Rules

We have recently updated our rules and wanted to make you aware that the following has been added under the SAMP specific rules:
From now on we will use the https://ls-rcr.com/rules page for all official rules. Note that this page is subject to change at any point in time and we reserve the right to change it without notice. We do our best to keep you informed with any new rules or clarifications that we add to it.
Any questions please drop them below in this topic and we will do our best to answer as many as we can!
