Reason (OPTIONAL): Hey S.W.A.T. members, It's me FarTaKa again back to the server after a long period of time being banned so, They gave me last chance to correct my previous mistakes, and i'm hella excited to apply for this honorable faction so that i can be a part of your wonderful, skilled and friendly team and i wanna enjoy the time with my friends in this faction as i love hunting down enemies and arresting some criminals aka dragging them into a car then deliver them to the jail. I love the way S.W.A.T. members play they have some great tactics, they try to use their brain cells and iq to hunt criminals and avoid dangerous criminals and their tools like vortex etc i like how they can just put a roadblock and fight the vortex behind the rb, I really wish to have such opportunity to prove myself among the S.W.A.T. team also thank you for paying attention to my application with my best regards,

If any technical problems occur during the test you may as for a post-pone of it; any complains about issues during the test won't be accepted after the results have been posted.
