Ls-rcr Supporter Scheme
Information - 2023

The community supporter role is one that members of the community can apply for. Supporters provide much needed assistance in-game to both new and older members of the community in the form of answering any questions or doubts that players may come across in relation to our community and/or game mode.

In brief form, the main duties of a support official include:

Attending to queries raised by players in-game via /ask
Attending to any help requests that do not require staff attention made in the support areas of our communication servers (Discord and/or TeamSpeak)
Redirecting players to appropriate staff where necessary

It is vital to note that the role does not entail any administrative powers over players or opportunities for rank progression within the team. In some cases supporters will be admitted into the staff team however their supporter role would have had no influence on the decision making made by senior members of staff.

Thank you for expressing interest in helping the community by taking up the role of a community supporter. Please read over the requirements found below and make sure to follow the correct format when creating an application in this board. If you have submitted an application, remain patient while members of staff review it and make a final decision on it.

Requirements
- Must have had no staff issued punishments in the last 90 days
- Must be a person of good character with a degree of maturity and patience
- Must have a positive attitude and a passion for helping others
- Must have thorough knowledge of all community guidelines (ls-rcr.com/rules/)
- Must keep up-to-date with game updates and changes to ensure accurate information is provided to players
- Must have an understandable level of English in order to communicate clearly with the player-base.
