Why should it be accepted: Drug dealer job is absolutely dead, it was already dead and now when free drugs are removed now it's even more dead. Adding mini-mission might improve its activity a bit. Moreover, now only way to refill group drug rack is by placing a drug order and only Pagati can complete that order. That feature is really good for them, but what's not good is their activity. Therefore group racks end up empty for majority part of the day.

Just want to add as a Pagati who has been refilling drug racks for groups, the airdrops almost always gonna be bugged if it spawns on mt chillad and when it happens we can't do shit about it until server restarts or the devs restart them themselves. So that's why you ain't getting your group's drugs.

It might bring some drug dealers activity back, nothing really much to say.

No, because it'll make people spam the drug racks until full, completely removing the changes made and we'll be back at step one. Anyone can order now, and Pagati has increased our drops highly... except for a bug that locks our drops. We've been working on getting it fixed. Once it is, you won't have an issue getting drugs.
