Describe the bug: number of refilled drugs doesnt increase when you refill drugs

Steps to reproduce: check your refilled drugs stats (on gcp), refill drugs, check again

Hi Faraon, thanks for reporting this bug!

The stats were removed when the update was pushed to remove the racks.
Something we've missed was adding this back when we changed the way the racks worked.

I've reinstated the original messages and it should be out as part of the next update to the server.
