Reason: Hello members i came today to make application to blackouts and i hope will be accepted. I'm applying again after I've improved my driving skills and shooting skills. I want to join to be able to join Blackouts cophunts/riots and help them. The Blackouts HQ is now awesome the , It got more objectives. Also, I will be able to use the vehicles, weapon rack and drug depot. I'm ready to serve the Blackouts with my best and represent it. I will do my best and obey orders.
