bring back old lsrcr

Suggestion headline: after many updates in an attempt to make lsrcr better it turns out players don't like it, and people liked it much better before all those updated and this is considered downgrade instead of an upgrade. What would make lsrcr stand out again and become everyone's favorite server is by bringing back the free weapons for bounty hunters in the police deparments, changing the economy system to the old one where you get a lot of money when robbing, and also can buy all the vehicles much cheaper, like, infernus,sultan,nrg-500, etc, bringing back fast vehicles into the spawns(that's not necesarry if you bring back old economy and cheap prices in vehicles), no one is using bounty hunter anymore as people were using it for free weapons and easy way to cophunt, now u dont see people going to police deparetments and lsa to get weapons, and except bringing back the old lsrcr, can add some new commands to some jobs, for rapists u can add a command /rapekill that has low chance of success and it has a cooldown of 5 minutes, then also adding a new job called prostitute and then players can use the command /request sex(this will be nice for roleplay purposes but fun in general)
