We don't really know since you both are wanted and you could have harmed him before unless you provide us with a video evidence that show us what happened before you both got wanted so that we know what happened.

Also keep in mind that single DM is not reportable anymore, if it happens in more than one occasion then you can report him but if not then report him in-game via /report if there is a Staff member available.
