BM protection bug

Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: 3 months ago (https://discord.com/channels/2318715701 ... 6831581264)
Describe the bug: bm damage protection does not work, also timer is too low (back is to 25 like before)

Severity: blocker
Steps to reproduce: go in bm waste 5min 10k get out get spawn killed by gazillion campers
