[legendary=Brown,white,].Snow was invited to our HQ as we received their application successfully. They performed as follows:[/legendary]

TEST RESULTS

Knowledge of rules - 4.5/5 [Applicant was able to score 9/10 on the rules]

CNR task - 3.5/5 [Describe CNR task]

Their task was to eliminate any army member (one member was online stuck in their faction base being targetted by a cheater which I noticed later). Completing it effectually, but with lack of situation awareness where they rushed on an army ship as already wanted player being very easy and open target for any type of engagement. Luckily, it all went well for .Snow. The higher score would have been acquired (even if taken longer for task completion) if they approached the situation differently with better decision making rather than rushing as it is always better to think twice, wait if needed and live, than charge into suicide situations. Pagati is about getting it completed, no matter if in overtime, as long as professionally completed.

Tester's opinion.Player .Snow may have slight language barrier but I will not judge someone based on their chatting abilities for our faction. They are able to communicate within general perspective which is completely enough. What makes me feel comfortable is having a faction colleague around me who has knowledge and understands the game. Whether .Snow possesses such qualities, I cannot judge because I have not gathered nor seen their playstyle, and how they game therefore I will not yet submit an official vote, but will leave it to my colleagues who have more sightful observation point.
