Members are encouraged to use templates when communicating their inactivity to the group. However, we discourage the use of the provided format for leaving, as it can make it challenging to welcome you back when you decide to return. We recommend taking the time to carefully consider your decision before using the departure format. Both members planning to go inactive and those intending to leave should follow the correct format outlined below.
