Carter D. Saito says: That's the plan, hustler. *Carter D. Saito turns towards the computer, showing a picture of Ian Rodriguez on it.
*Carter D. Saito also shows a picture of his black car.
Carter D. Saito says: He hangs around the LSPD, if we're quick we can do this without getting noticed.
Carter D. Saito says: Here is the plan, he leaves his car outside of PD, I go to it and plant explosives under it.
Luca Yamaguchi says: Sounds like a good plan, we need to act now though. *Carter D. Saito turns the vehicle key as he turn on the engine.
the engine would turn on ((Carter D. Saito)) *The Pagati Premier is waiting for Ian Rodriguez since one hour.
*Ian Rodriguez finally arrives and parks in front of LSPD. *Carter D. Saito and Luca Yamaguchi observe, as Ian exits his vehicle.
*They watch him run towards the entrance of the PD, knowing that it's now or never. *Luca Yamaguchi passes a bag of exploves to Carter D. Saito.
*Carter D. Saito makes a run for it towards the Premier, reaching it. *Carter D. Saito crouches infront of the Premier as he puts the bag he carries on the ground.
Carter D. Saito says: Come on... dawg
You'd see him withdraw a C4 explosive from the bag, raising it to the car's level. ((Carter D. Saito))
*Carter D. Saito carefully sets up the bomb so it would explode when he clicks the trigger. *Carter D. Saito quickly drags the bag with him, as he moves to the back of the car.
You'd see him withdraw the second C4 and placing it under the plate number as the previous one. ((Carter D. Saito))
*Carter D. Saito stands up, wipes the sweat of his forehead, picks up the bag and runs as fast as he can back. *Carter D. Saito trips as he runs back to the car.
*Carter D. Saito reaches his right hand towards his left pocket as he withdraw a joint and lighter and quickly lights the joint and smiles *Ian Rodriguez would die when he pulled the trigger of the vehicle, so the plan of action succeeded as planned. Since he is in control of the entire Las Venturas Drug Den, the Pagati's intend to kill him.
