Reason: Hello everyone Good night , i'm here again after 2 Attempts and i'm ready to Serve this group well also i've improved many thing idk you noticed that or not but i worked alot on general also my Knowledge about the rules is Good and i think it's enough for now , it is my 3rd time to apply for Hooligans and i'm excited because i have been attracted by This group because it is the first Egyptian group in LS-RCR idk there is another Egyptian group or not but it is great because the base and the location of this group is Cool so i will get a good experience while spawning in Hooligans like before i got a temp rights from the owner and i cophunted many times with the members and they were a professional members to be honest That's all , i Hope this time i get accepted , Thanks.
