Describe the bug: Illegal shop supplies don't delete on death and can be done legally

Steps to reproduce: 1: Do illegal shop supply, grab the pickup
2: fucking die
3: start an legal supply mission
4: illegal supplies will be delivered when you park in the marker for the legal pick up, completing the original run and giving you 8-25% shop refill
