Why should it be accepted: With the recent problems mobile users have faced, as well as the desire for a mobile version to be allowed, I decided to see if I could plan out a way to make all sides happy, and as such, I have designed Ls-rcr Lite. The general idea is a secondary version added to the main server that allows mobile users to hang out, enjoy the game, but without the problems the mobile edition can cause.

#1: On log in, the server will ask you if you are playing on PC or Mobile. Players are expected to be honest which they are using, and anyone found using the PC edition on Mobile would be punished accordingly.

#2: Mobile users would be asked which group or faction they want to play as. Once selected, they would spawn accordingly.

#3:: Mobile users would have select jobs they could do depending on what group/faction they select, or if they select no group/faction. These are listed here:

-> Fishing, with no chance to catch legal fish
-> Bistro missions
-> Mechanic without the ability to /break
-> Medic in full
-> Hot dog vehicle mission
-> Tow truck vehicle mission
-> Train vehicle mission
-> Any of the following basic classes: Private medic (no /inject or /smuggle), Lawyer, Weapons dealer. No class will be able to spawn or purchase weapons, and will not be able to commit hostile actions such as /rob while using Ls-rcr Lite.
-> Pagati: Full access to Air drops and roleplay, but not trucking or hits.

#4: No mobile users will be able to obtain weapons, nor will they be able to commit any hostile action which may lead to a wanted level. This should be hardcoded into Ls-rcr Lite.

#5 Mobile users will be able to join select events such as races, hide and seek, and aircraft LMS. Duel events or DM events will be forbidden.

#6 For those who own shops, illegal refill missions will be locked, but LEGAL refilling will be allowed.

I would love to hear some advice and opinions on this, as I am fully willing to alter the idea to better fit the community. I think this is also a good option for those of us who would like to play using a controller, which also gives aim assist.

I disagree to allow mobile users to spawn in leo skin.

I do too, but I want to make it as fair as possible, which is why I made the concession of ONLY arresting, no guns. We can consider LEO for the moment, and if it seems too problematic, it doesn't need to be approved with the suggestion. Basically if this gets approved, it can be approved without the LEO portions.

Upon further reflection, I've realized the issue of police vehicles being immune to damage by criminals if a mobile user is using it, therefore I agree and have removed any and all LEO functions, including bounty hunter, from the suggestion.

You can't spawn in faction skin correctly like pagati. Group yes you can. At all don't spawn in faction skin. However in some cases you can spawn in pagati

This is too complicated like I said just make yourself jailed or surrender. This is not a big deal tho.

Noted. I'll do a little more thinking and see what I come up with. I truly do appreciate the feedback. I apologize for my lack of knowledge on this subject, I don't use mobile. I'm just trying to come up with a solution for everyone.

Just disallow players to play using their mobile phones. IIRC it was not allowed.

Yeah I also remember it was not allowed due to bugs and triggered an autoban and it was years ago. Now i can play peacefully.

I understand your point and accept its fact. As long as it doesn’t give an advantage or disadvantage to the current gameplay style, why don’t we consider it with a few conditions or rules? To be honest, this game is slowly dying, so I just want to keep things chill. Let’s just keep it as simple as possible.

Initially we insisted on not using mobile on our SA-MP server. After looking at it and realizing that some players can somehow play without major issues on the server, I believe we can work on making a mobile version (mode).

However, I'm still holding off with this idea, afaik mobile players can hardly aim and some clients literally have aimbot and some bugs (2 confirmed on our server) that might cause our anti-cheat to ban them. Now, if we want a "chill mode" as described, we need to have a good amount of mobile players willing to support this. So there's no final word on this suggestion, it just needs some more attention.

After testing with Justin, while I was driving a car with a wanted level, Justin shot my tire. He said it didn’t explode or get punctured, but on my screen, it appeared as if the tire exploded or was punctured. Because of this, I disagree with mobile players engaging in criminal activities. My version doesn’t have an aimbot system as you mentioned. So as i said, make it simple then.

Whether it has final words or no, I will keep playing with it as it will not cause major issues on my side and I know to handle with.

Slam, I agree with your opinion, as long as we mobile device players understand the shortcomings of applications that don't work well, we are also obliged to care about other players so that they don't cause problems when playing using mobile devices, and it's true that I also know where the shortcomings of this application are and how to do it. handle it yourself. in 2023 I tried to log in for the first time with a mobile device and I didn't know whether other people were also using it or not and to be honest I also immediately said this to several admins who were active in the game that I was playing on a mobile device and asked for free time them to test the advantages and disadvantages when playing on mobile devices.
