I would like to thank you for submitting an application to Hooligans. Before we can decide to ACCEPT or DENY you, you must get tested by one of our testers with your rules of group knowledge. Hooligans rulestest consist of 10 questions where you will need to answer at least 9 out of 10 questions correctly to pass the test. You must get tested in 7 days or your application will be denied. Do not bother the tester, they will take your test if they are available.
