Reason: When Blackouts was closed for applications I asked Bex to join Blackouts and then I started to like it everyone was friendly and nice my friends Bex, Carl, and Silentkiller were there and Blackouts also had good bases vehicles, etc but when blackouts were back to applications I was kicked for past 3 to 4 weeks I had good times without blackouts members and blackouts itself now I want to join again with this loving community and blackouts itself this time I will be joining blackouts as an official member and being a good player to the blackouts and the whole lsrcr community itself
