Reason: Hooligans is a great group i didn't think aless gonna make this group that good enough to make me make an application to join but i have to say the group have a skilled members and also the vehicles and i like the group's view and I'd like to join this group and i will do some good things for the group in future in da right time and i realised lately Hooligans is active most of time and the racks is full and this good for us to play and its make the cophunting more easier and excited as well and all know me already
