Even though you didn't message me about it and went straight to report me as a stupid report hunter without really knowing if it was C-bug or not, I'm happy to tell you that you are indeed right, your video is very clear and proves that it is not C-bug.

However, even though it is clear that it is not C-bug, I will attach my POV...

Roznov, what you are doing is called "litefoot" and is a type of c-bug. You are skipping the animation of the reload when using the sniper rifle we classify this as c-bug as it technically is, it gives you an unfair advantage to move quicker when strafing.
