Why should it be accepted: Related to drug depots, restocking should be done in groups. The drug rack will have a different system where only group staff members can refill it when it's empty. It would be beneficial to have a system that doesn't require waiting for Pagati or contacting someone; instead, they can log in and manage deliveries directly. access to this system should be limited to group staff members. Additionally, members should have the ability to order from Pagati members, creating a two-way interaction that seems appealing. That's it

There already was a recent change about increasing the order size. Is Pagati not actively refilling?

Ofcourse yes there is already increased but to clear it, must of them are not able and also offline, back then group staff members may only access for it so members may order and pagati deliveries

The reason it is how it is now is because a vast majority of players were abusing various bugs and lag to become pretty much immortal. During V10, drug racks were removed completely and no group got drugs, at all. It was myself and Pagati who stood up, said that wrong, and made the current system you have now, because it was the ONLY way staff would return your racks. Not only is Pagati active and filling all orders, but we're also working on new stuff to make it better.

Please try to understand that reworking the entire system yet again because a single group has a grudge is not going to be high on the Devs priorities. You had priority drops once, able to get your orders in mere minutes. You're the one who decided to remove yourselves as an ally. Turning your back on the people who put alot on the line to keep your racks and then complaining when they don't prioritize you is rather low. But please do keep blaming Pagati for your issues, without grasping that Pagati is the only reason you have racks at all.

Also, regarding "No one online", we have a discord... have you ever considered joining it and just politely asking if someone can come do a drop? Long as I'm not busy, I will gladly log in and fill orders.

I've left from server for reason so why would i tag? while there sometime members are in skin?

What do you mean by bugs lag huh? how is it work remove drug from rack? as it is cost group owner

We're the ones who took massive risks to our own accounts to keep your racks. We literally defied senior staff and devs and risked being banned because we were incredibly vocal about how we didn't agree with the changes. We put alot on the line for you, because we felt it the right thing to do. After the changes we worked so hard to have implemented, some groups have decided to mistreat Pagati anyways, despite everything we did for you. It's selfish and disrespectful. A large part of Pagati's job is to control the criminal side of the server, maintain balance, and keep things fair. When Hooligans decided to simply be rude and not handle problems and instead openly opposed us and were very rude about it, they were basically saying "Thanks for taking the risk to give us what we wanted, now go fuck yourself.". We were the ones who put it all on the line for you, and if you can't respect that then we reserve the right to remove your privileges that we worked hard to get you. You don't have to like Pagati, but making suggestion after suggestion to subvert the work and effort we put into everything because you're holding a grudge is childish. Your 'reasons' for disliking Pagati are entirely selfish and based purely on the opinions of others without any regard for the truth. You should probably sit down and talk to me about what really happened before you decided to go this route, because to the dev team and senior admins who do know the truth, you look very vindictive and petty, which is why they gave us permission to turn off your deliveries. It should also be noted that the screenshot you posted was only in effect for a few hours before negotiations started and the order removed. It's almost like Pagati having the authority to do that is what ultimately fixed a major problem in the server. But you don't care about that, you only want to think about yourself, not the server as a whole.

There were MANY players who were using lag and bugs before V10 to heal faster than they could be damaged. It was a severe problem doing massive damage to the server. We were losing people left and right because of the unfair gameplay these players made, and there were many false reports for health hacking because of how players were abusing these bugs. This all happened before Hooligans existed, but the entire reason the system is how it is now is to PREVENT that unfair gameplay from existing. Pagati is the one who stepped up and defended you. Pagati is the one who worked hard to keep your racks. Pagati is the one who shouldered the responsibility of keeping the balance. We didn't have to do ANY OF THAT FOR YOU, but we did it because we care about the server. If it wasn't for our our hard work, risk, and effort, you wouldn't have drug racks at all. So do please stop blaming us because we're the only reason you have these racks at all. If you have a problem you need to sit down with me and understand this, because making a million suggestions isn't going to fix your issues, and the dev team are only going to get annoyed at you.
