You clearly state that you didn't read the rules and you don't know application process. You post an application with proper format, which you failed to do so. After that, you are given a Swat test and when the test is posted, Swats will vote on your application. If you have more positives than negatives you're accepted unless you have more negatives or any reason that Commander feels that you aren't ready for Swat yet.

Also, you have an arrogant, bitching attitude which you have proven many times as I muted you in game.

Denied, you may reapply after 2 weeks.
