Additional information: Like any normal day, I was hanging out around San Andreas map, and suddenly I was surprised by someone chasing me for no reason or justification. As you can see, the soldier landed next to me, tried to ram me, then moved back a little, aiming at me and shooting missiles at me the first time, but they missed me the first time. Then he moved back a little again, aiming directly at me. As you can see at minute 01:13 of the clip, I was bombed for no reason, and I was innocent. This is a violation of Hydra Jet Rules. Thank you very much!

I was roaming around the map, looking to find any criminals. When I came near you, you shot me first, so I jokingly shot back at you. I didn't know you would mind it — I’m really sorry for that.
I am ready to accept any punishment, but please know that it was never my intention to upset you.

The evidence provided clearly shows you violating Army rules by firing at him, even though he was an innocent player (white). Your defense does not make sense nor justify your actions. As I have mentioned before in the last two reports we had, Army vehicles are to be used seriously, not for joking around or deathmatching other players.
