Okay, let me explain what happened with those three kills. For the first one, yeah, I'll be honest. I probably did steal that kill, I admit it. The third time, I was way too far away to even see how much health the other player had left. But for the second kill, I was already right there in the same spot when the player took out that cop. I didn't come from elsewhere, so that one should definitely count as fair.

Why are you lying that the first steal his HP bar didn't show on your screen while I could see your HP bar on low resolution and from "far distance", and he could see on chat that I /tazed, and on the screen you can see that the suspect was already handscuffed why would you steal it?

About the second steal that's obvious stealing, you were already watching that and if you were not looking forward you could see on the chat that I /tazed the suspect and when he broke the handcuffs I was chasing him and he was damaged by the taze, that's very clear but you're lying, you got off your airplane just to steal on purpose the kill although it was engaged first by cop

And about the third steal how could you see SnoW. on the map and couldn't see me on the map? You could know that I was fighting him, also you could know that because SnoW. was shooting me not on you Crimson while you Crimson aimed on him by Sniper to kill him on purpose and that's intention to steal on purpose from the first Sniper shoot

Why don't you show us your record? We all know that you enabled damage hit sound & damage feed, that means you could know how much is the suspect HP from damage feed without seeing it, also you can hear how many shots you hit them by hearing damage sound, that means your intention was just to steal on purpose, you could have stopped from the first shoot but you didn't





What I want to say is that I am really disappointed with such behavior from the army member. I expected more mature actions. You as army member should be more mature than that and follow the rules more than anyone else.

Just to be clear about what happened. I didn't record the gameplay, but I'm pretty sure its okay. if the AHC team sees it differently after reviewing everything, that's totally fine with me. I'll accept whatever decision they make, even if that means taking a punishment.

I've discussed this case with the rest of the AHC team, and we believe that this report is not necessary at all, we don't have a specific rule regarding stealing unless it involves SWAT. 2 out of the 3 clips that you provided show Crimson nearby and close to the area, therefore, technically, Crimson is allowed to attack alongside you, as both of you were present on the scene when the player was wanted.

As I mentioned above, there is no specific rule against this, when you asked me on Discord, I had a feeling you were after something, when I said "more than twice" I didn't mean three or four times, but rather enough to clearly show that the player is targeting you intentionally to ruin your gameplay, which could then be considered as harassment or bitching.

I'd also like to remind you that it's just a game at the end of the day, if I personally decide to target and report every player who steals two or three of my suspects, I would end up reporting almost everyone on the server.

No action will be taken, but an advice for you and Crimson to stay away from each other and avoid interacting with each other, in order to prevent further drama.
