I just realized that he shot me before I even use /su so I just started shooting after I use the /su command.

While the initial report against Ritz is not a rule violation, as he is permitted to shoot during the /su timer if engaged first. However, the video does indicate carelessness on his part where he ended up shooting Saeed and Thorax. This is a clear breach of the Army code of conduct as the vehicle operator is fully accountable for his actions and should have carefully assessed the surroundings before opening fire. Therefore, Ritz, will be issued an official Army warning.

I highly advise all soldiers to please ensure that you adhere to the rules at all times and always exercise extreme caution before shooting with any army vehicle.
