Reason: Hello lads, once again it's me, screwed, applying to this group again because I was inactive for too long, and now I'm back to play LSRCR. I would like to say that I hope I can play Spawn on Hooligans forever. Hooligans is the most active group I've seen, and also the members/staff are too kind, and also the update is too good, and I hope I will get accepted into this group, and thanks for reading my applicaton

Before we decide whether to accept or deny you, you will be voted by members of Hooligans. Meanwhile the voting is on going, you are not allowed to ask any Hooligans members to look or vote on your application, not any kind of vote.
