Reason: Hello all members, first of all, I am a former member of the Hooligans group and I was kicked because of liljeep and this person got banned, I love this group very much and I hope to be a member of it because this group is one of the best groups on the server, I hope you give me one chance, I will not let down anyone who gives me a chance, I strive to improve myself and my relationship with the members. I really hope to be a member with you because the group is great and the base is amazing, and the new color of the cars is really great, I really strive to be a member with you. Before we decide whether to accept or deny you, you will be voted by members of Hooligans.
