Suggestion headline: Automatic Selling of Houses/Vehicles for Inactive Players

Importance of suggestion: The importance of this suggestion is to give fair for those active players to buy houses that they want, and give a justice for our server that they are not active in the game. For example it will be automatic sell their houses/Vehicles in more than 6 months for not playing in game. And they will refunded it like 50%.
Why should it be accepted: To Maintain the activeness of the Players and Our Money in the Bank will keep flowing to buy something.

P.S. Hoping for proper voting in each admins and give their opinions in my Suggestion.

It Prevents monopolization of properties by inactive players, ensuring fair access for active users.
It Promotes a level playing field where active participants have opportunities to acquire desirable properties.
Why should it be accepted: To Maintain the activeness of the Players and Our Money in the Bank will keep flowing to buy something.
Creates a sense of urgency and competitiveness among players.

Automatic selling can also serve as a mechanism to free up game resources, maintain balance, and ensure that the game environment remains lively and fair for all players.

This exists already. Any house or property that is not a luxury house goes up for sale for 6 donation points after the owner is inactive for a certain time period.

But how about the businesses? does it automatic for sale as donation points? If not I will add that for my suggestion. Thank you for the information.

Businesses go up for sale when they are bankrupt, either by player inactivity or player negligence (not filling them). Businesses sell for in-game cash only, as they are not a donation based item.
