Reason: Hello to all the members of blackouts I know no one knows me but I used to be a member of blackouts I was gone for a long time because of one reason it was because I had responsibilities I had a child of course right I have to prioritize the family I have formed over other things I haven't played this game for a long time but now I hope you will give me another chance to prove myself to you now I have been given the right time and opportunity I will not waste this again I will do better and I will persevere I hope I can meet all the new members of blackouts I hope I can play with you in the game better and I hope you give me the opportunity to be friends I am Kouji16 I will be back in the game I am very happy because finally I can play again I miss SAMP so much especially my blackouts group from now on I will never leave this game even in blackouts I will play until I grow old because this is my dream game no matter when I will forget or abandon this thank you very much for reading my application I hope you understand me
