I told you in game this report was a bad idea, because you're far from innocent in what you did to provoke the hit. First, let's look at the rule you yourself violated.
Now, let's take a look at your actions.

These are screenshots with a timestamp. I picked up that tied cop over in Palisades, and you followed me from there to where I had supplies waiting, in the hopes of me getting wanted. They also show were I repeatedly told you to stop following me. Now, let's review the video where I explained the rule, again told you to leave, and with the video being more than 3 minutes, it clearly shows you refusing to leave and continuing to camp my supply drop.
In this situation, you're interrupting official Pagati business while also violating Rule 2.1.1. As Don of Pagati, I can place and claim my own hits for several reasons. Roleplay, players paying me to do so, and of course you interrupting official business. The hit was for stalking, which is a valid hit reason. My evidence shows you clearly stalked me for so long you violated Rule 2.1.1. You're not an innocent here, you broke the rules to harass me and interrupt my work, and then come here to report hunt when I placed a valid and legal hit. So, you may also enjoy this.

Well that's a whole ass lie... You were right on top of me in a heli when I found the tied cop that removed my wanted level. You then followed me all the way to the San Feirro Hospital and fined me when I took a car. You then followed me all the way to where my supply drop was and REFUSED to leave the area. You were camping hoping I would pick it up so you could chase me. You interrupted my work and were stalking/camping me. In that situation, I have the authority to place a hit on you and claim it because it's clear you're doing this solely to stalk/bitch/annoy me and are threatening to come after me if I pick up that drop in the video. You made yourself a threat to me and my work, you were handled as such. And again, what you did violated the harassment rule.

The screenshots I posted verify that in chat with timestamps. It shows me finding the tied cop. It shows you fining me. So because of the timestamps and the chat messages, I've proven you lied on that. That means you're lying on an official report.

Edit: For those wanting to know about the chat being proof, the first screen shows me picking up the tied cop and at what time, as well as me saying "go away". This followed by a second screenshot with him fining me and at what time, as well as me using /w to tell him to leave. He is clearly provoking the replies in chat, and is close enough to fine me. From Palisades to Doherty, all in the same timestamps. The video shows him on the minimap sitting just around the corner, with me telling him to leave. You can also see at the very end when his nametag shows up as I drove to him because it was clear he was going to camp that supply drop.

Pagati members are eligible to place hit contracts for valid reasons, and stalking falls under the valid reasons, however, they are not meant to carry out their own hit contracts unless it's done for roleplaying purposes, your proof lacks sufficient evidence and proves nothing, therefore, the report has been dismissed.
