Reason: Hello all members in group blackouts i came here today want to represent member here and I came to re-apply again because I was inactive for a long time, to be honest, but have a good cars and good members, also good leaders and they are pros in duel, and also this will do my best here to be member here. i want to get a chance here and i will never give up. but i friends in group and i wanna to join make a lot of relationship friends .We all help each other on the want to be official member here because i got invited by group owner and he is and play as a criminal and i find it really fun, teaming with some of the members in the group, So i i enjoy teaming and killing the policemans with the members. i have a lot of improvements of skills application in this group bcs it's really a great, i've seen many members cophunting and that's why players and i have some friends in blackouts i and thanks for reading my applying 420
