I want to install car mods and when i go into my gta user files there's nothing in the files so i cant install mods plz help me someone

it not funny i cant install anymods

1. Download IMG tool 0.2
2. Put it on your gta files
3. Open it and and if a error pop out just click cancel and see on the minimze bar but its still there
4. Open file called gta3.img
5. Find the DFF and TXD files
6. Right click and click replace, replace the file with your mods
7. .DFF must be rrplaced by .DFF too and .TXD files must be with .TXD files too
8. Don't forget to make a backup for gta3.img

thx but i got half way through that and when you have to replace files it says no files to replace

i use sami but it still dont work

what error u get while installing mod?

notice everything is fine all rights places but when i press continue....




and this is inside gta user files>>>>>>>
