Why should it be accepted: Regarding the suggestion of adding a supporter, we've received numerous messages from players, both new and those using alternate accounts, who are harassing everyone for no reason. Unless something forces them to stop harassing, sending unfamiliar questions, or adding a waiting period, they can send a new message if they need help. That's all.

If you mean people using /ask, I have literally never had this problem. Not sure if it's because you tell people to use /ask or if they just want to bother you specifically, but this is a singular issue.

If I ask everyone to use /ask for help, that doesn’t mean they can ask any questions unrelated to server rules. They should use it for specific questions, and I've proven this to the supporter leader in Discord.

I know... I've only had that happen once. All I told them was "Please do not misuse /ask. Further misuse will be reported to staff" and they stopped. I have no idea why you're encountering it so often, but no one else seems to be dealing with it.

I looked through the logs and there's not a lot of instances of players using /ask in the first place. Escalate to Staff if there is a misusage of the command
