I was in-game and in-skin and witnessed the incident as it happened, immediately afterward, I spoke with Saeeddi and clarified the situation and the rule, as he had some misunderstandings about it and similar cases, I also verbally warned him. Given that I was present and the matter was already handled in-game, filing a report afterward was unnecessary.
