For example, we could use a command like `/smm` because `/sm` is already being used for SWAT chat. This would help keep supporter communication organized and separate from other chats.

Yes absolutely, full support on this. Sometimes supporters answer the same person in the same time, so we need communication system between supporters to figure it out.

I agree with it, it's also to avoid the one who asked the question getting spam/answers from multiple supporters. The supporters will be able to communicate who will answer it and they'll be able to answer more accurately.
