You may not use the Hunters weapons (minigun, rockets) against suspects who are on foot and on the ground or on top of a roof top. However, you may use the Hunter's heli-blades instead.

Hi,

I spoke to Gladiator in-game when this happened, and he was not aware of the hunter rules. He was advised to re-read them, and an official warning was added to his account. Repeated offenses will result in harsher punishment in the future.
